This is a classic Korean restaurant. No flashy interior. No great accessibility. And honestly, nothing here is designed to impress the younger crowd at first glance. But once you sit down, you start to understand why people keep coming back. The food is the reason. And the owner’s kindness too. I ordered the braised pollack, and it was done just right. The fish was steamed until soft and tender, easy to eat, and full of flavor. The seasoned bean sprouts on the side were simple but really good. You could tell the ingredients were fresh. Here is a nice bonus. If you order rice, they will make fried rice for you using the leftover seasoning and bean sprouts. The staff cooks it for you. By that point, you are probably already full, so one order is more than enough. And yes, it is delicious. Overall, the balance between the vegetables and the pollack was spot on.
