We had an amazing meal tonight at Jangsu Sky Beef, at their new location in Insadong. We ordered both the Hanwoo #9 aged tenderloin and rib-eye. The only thing I would change is eating the rib-eye first and leave the best until last. The cuts were amazing in taste, tenderness and texture. However after having the tenderloin first, it basically melts in your mouth, chewing the rib-eye twice felt like a task :D. It was on our must visit list when we were preparing to come to Korea and it will be on our list next visit too. Staff were great and the atmosphere was good. The cooking at the table allowed you to get the meat cooked just how you like it, as opposed to having it brought out from the kitchen. If you are looking for a great Korean steak restaurant and you have eaten wagyu, then the Hanwoo cooked at Jangsu Sky Beef will give you a whole new experience. Maeu gamsahabnida. Joyce and Dave.
