restaurant strictly only allows you to enter at your reserved timeslot. vongole was great, guobaorou was unique but not particularly mindblowing. pleasantly surprised with a nice tiramisu for my birthday.

I went to Central Reducer by Chef Choi very hyped, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Every dish had a clear identity, you could really feel the essence behind each plate, and nothing felt repetitive or predictable. My favorite was the lamb, cooked to absolute perfection: incredibly juicy and full of flavor. My husband ordered the spicy soup, and he couldn’t stop talking about it, he said he had never tasted noodles with such deep, rich flavor before. The matcha tiramisu was delicious and the perfect way to finish the meal, and the prices were surprisingly good for the quality and experience. On top of that, the space itself is beautiful and truly reflects Chef Choi’s energy and vision. An experience that truly lives up to the hype. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
