The Absolute Best Way to Break a Fast! Flew straight out of Hangzhou on Sunday morning right after my meeting, touched down in Busan around 4 PM, and broke a 22-hour fast here at 6 PM—and wow, it was worth every single minute of waiting! The Meal: The pork soup (dwaeji gomtang) over rice was pure perfection. The pork slices are unbelievably tender, and the subtle richness of the fats melted in my mouth. Paired with deep, soothing broth and an incredible variety of delicious side dishes, it was the ultimate comforting meal. The Side Dishes: The side dish spread is outstanding! Every single side dish was so fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the soup. Service & Space: Spotlessly clean restaurant with exceptionally warm, friendly service. You can immediately tell why they earned their Michelin status. A total 10/10 meal and completely worth traveling for! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
