I tried the lunch sushi set, which comes as a 6-course meal. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, and you could really taste the quality. The udon was also a highlight—the house-made noodles were perfectly chewy and delicious. Since Hyehwa tends to cater to a younger crowd, many places are on the sweeter side, but this spot felt like a true hidden gem with authentic flavors. Definitely a must-visit.
