A bakery run by a french fine-dining chef. He recently appeared in a Korean baking competition show and became famous. It used to be in Chungdam-dong and recently relocated to Hakdong station. It now has a much more spacious dining space and open kitchen. As for the menu, i would highly recommend Ruben since its bread is particularly delicious and crunchy, goes well with the ingredients. French sandwich with pate was also unique since you cannot have it anywhere else. All in all, a good place if you are looking for a high-end sammy.
