Outstandingly imaginative coffee variations, for both expressos and milk mixes. As a coffee lover that tries to go to as many specialty coffees as possible in my trips, it's rare for me to find a place that challenges the boundaries of what can be done with coffee. You always find subtle differences depending on the barista, the coffee beans and how those have been roasted, but Pfiff breaks with that trend and innovates as no other coffee I've found in my 20 days around Korea. It's bold and groundbreaking, misterious yet easy to approach. The only thing I'm sorry about is that It would take me 10000 km to be back here. A mandatory stop if you like coffee.
