This spot, once a report room with three cells that held pirates and smugglers, has been reimagined with a classic British pub feel—think brown leather sofas, wooden tables, and VIP rooms revamped from those old cells, each corner dripping with historical charm that tells a story. As a Kowloon local on the hunt for quality bars, I was blown away by the comfy British-style vibe. We hit it up early, scoring a quiet moment with no crowds, and the slightly nostalgic tunes playing in the background added an extra layer of relaxation as we savored our drinks. The mixologist was a highlight, whipping up a cocktail ($158 each) perfectly tuned to my taste and mood—super worth it given the unique ambiance.
