Had the most extraordinary and unforgettable birthday celebration for my fiancée at Ami last night. Since she currently requires a strict soft diet, finding a fine dining restaurant that can safely accommodate her without compromising on quality is incredibly rare—but Ami delivered excellent experience. Huge thanks to Stephanie and Karen for their seamless and reassuring communication before our arrival. The Culinary Team is pure magic; they crafted a tailored 6-course menu where every dish was unexpected, visually stunning, and packed with incredible flavor, all while maintaining a perfectly safe, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Our server, Arvin, was the absolute star of the night. His hospitality was deeply heartwarming. He consistently checked on her comfort with the cutlery and explained each dish with so much humor and passion, making our evening full of laughter. Ami treats their guests with the utmost respect and dignity. Highly recommended for any special occasion! Meal type: Dinner Dietary restrictions: Soft Diet Menu Provided

We came here on a Saturday to try Ami’s lunch menu. For the appetisers, I would recommend the octopus and the mushroom soup, they taste so good! Their signature beef tartare is also pretty tasty. But personally I think the tuna salad and baked crab are just mediocre.‍ Both main courses that we ordered are delicious! The yellow chicken has wonderful flavour and the beef is very tender!Desserts are a little too sweet for us, but the small piece of chocolate in the petite fours comes as a huge surprise. I truly hope Ami sells their chocolate because I love it so much Overall the food is ok but not as good as expected‍However, they offer a 20% discount on weekends and public holidays, which is very worthwhile considering this is a MICHELIN one star restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Michelin quality food well executed - less buttery/creamy than regular French food, which was a good thing for lunch. Price was lower side for that kind of establishment with discount during weekend. We were seating on the terrace which I feel was lacking of decoration/atmosphere but the inside looks nice. Friendly service. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
