The renovated dining room at Le Jardin de Joël Robuchon feels more intimate and elegant without being overly extravagant. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. They take pride in sharing details about the dishes and the restaurant, which really elevated the overall experience. Went for the 3-course lunch ($980) with the additional signature caviar dish (+$920). Every dish was beautifully plated and delivered flavours with genuine sophistication and finesse. A meal that reminded you why Robuchon remains in a class of its own. The best Michelin dining experience I have had in Hong Kong recently and worth every single penny. I have no doubt they will regain their 3 stars in no time. Can't wait to be back! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
