SMOOTH PROCESS FOR ITEMS EXCHANGE 19/12/25 at 12:40am - It was a smooth pleasant experience when I wanted to exchange two items (cooking tools) I bought the day before. I just produced the receipt and handed the two items still in original packaging to the staff. Then I went to the shelves to source for replacement items and topped up in cash the difference in final amount. The receipt did state Goods Sold Not Returnable but I had no problems probably because the items were returned within a day in original packaging and I was seeking to exchange the items and not asking for a refund. I liked that the cashier Ms Izyan was empowered to decide on such scenarios instead of just saying no to me citing company policy. Thumbs up to Bake With Yen Tampines Mart outlet and Ms IZYAN. It’s logical and speedy service like hers that will encourage me to travel a couple of kilometres more for my baking essentials instead of going to the nearest PH. The baking items here are also up to a few dollars cheaper ie: dried USA cranberries, wholemeal flour, and there are also festive cookies plastic containers priced at 50cents each! Tampines Mart has grace parking period of 30mins which is also another incentive to buy my stuff here especially if it’s just a “quick grab & go” visit. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ther staff Siva very helpful in promoting the product and able to advice and match customer needs. At firat I want to buy 6 boxes of Borsari panettone, he suggest to get more as the bread is good. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
