The bakery team consistently delivers excellent service and works very hard to prepare fresh products early every morning. However, before the mall air-conditioning is switched on, the shop becomes extremely warm due to the heat generated from the ovens and baking operations. It would be greatly appreciated if management could consider installing cooling fans or improving ventilation within the bakery area. Providing a more comfortable working environment would not only support staff wellbeing and productivity, but also contribute to a better overall experience for customers. The staffs clearly put in a lot of effort every day, and improved cooling during early operating hours would make a meaningful difference. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I specifically requested for my waffle to be made crispy, but the staff member was unwilling to accommodate the request. In addition, I ordered peanut and chocolate spread, but kaya was mistakenly added instead. When I informed the staff about the mistake, she merely scraped the kaya off the waffle and applied chocolate spread over it. However, the kaya had already seeped into the holes of the waffle. As I am allergic to kaya, the waffle was no longer safe for me to consume, and I had no choice but to throw it away entirely. Paying $3.70 for a waffle that I could not even eat due to poor handling and lack of care is extremely disappointing. What was even more upsetting was the dismissive attitude and poor service throughout the interaction. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves both staff professionalism and food handling standards to prevent similar incidents from happening again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely love the chicken floss bread! I bought it for the first time a week ago and have been craving it ever since. Tried visiting other Bakeinc outlets at Yew Tee and AMK, but this one was the best outlet of the three. It was also the only branch that picked up the phone and the staff was friendly and cheerful when confirming they still had the bread in stock. The store is spacious, and the service has a warm, welcoming feel. One small suggestion would be that the bread drawers had some sort of grill below the cover. Both times I visited, I noticed a fly inside, because some customers take eons to choose their bread. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
