Great selection and decent quality. Service is efficient and polite. Wish this outlet could have more options such as the ham and onion cheese loaf offered in their Takashimaya outlet. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The bread at four leaves to be honest is really very good. Wide varieties. The long queue everytime is a solid proof to show that their bread is of high quality and standard. Everytime i come tampines mall, i will stop by to get some bread. However, the staff can be a little; hmm.. maybe they are too busy. I find that there is not much customer service. Be sure to check your change as it happen twice that they gave me less change but i inform them on the spot. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Yes

Tampines Mall Four Leaves bakery is by far the worst branch. Staff are rude, unhelpful and nonchalant. Bread has no expiry dates and unsold loaves stay on display, misleading ignorant customers. No skinless bread option either. The male branch manager is terrible and arrogant, he clearly set the tone for the staff poor behavior. It’s shocking for a brand claiming high-quality, Japanese-style standards. What’s happening here is complefe opposite: low standards, unethical practices and staff who simply bochap. Customers pay for bread, we deserve transparency & honesty without having to ask about freshness. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
