先日、PHI Coffee & Pancake（Central）を利用しましたが、いくつか残念に感じた点があり、ご連絡いたしました。 まず、メニューの説明や店舗イメージから「日本風の味」を期待して来店しましたが、実際の料理は日本の味とはかなり違い、全体的にクオリティに満足できませんでした。特にパンケーキの味や仕上がりが期待していたものと異なっており、価格に見合っていないと感じました。 また、接客についても気になる点がありました。スタッフの対応があまり丁寧ではなく、注文時や質問をした際の態度が少し冷たく感じられ、あまり良い印象を受けませんでした。お店の雰囲気や立地が良いだけに、とても残念でした。. It was a 40minute wait for an order of pancakes, and they don’t really apologize or offer reasons for taking so long. They auto include a service fee, which is ridiculous considering the service. The sauce for their “signature” pancakes (chai) was on the side, and there wasn’t even enough in the cup to actually drizzle it - like 1tsp of sauce?? That makes it 50 more expensive than the plain pancakes. There is too much good food for much lower prices to ever come here. Would NOT recommend. Unless you want to just come for pretty pictures, go somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

A bit of a shame as I wanted to try this place for a while but honestly the pancake I tried tasted really artificial and powdery. Like it was made out of a packet The staff were also very difficult to get their attention, from start to finish it was not a great experience. And to top it off it was the priciest Japanese souffle pancake I've had in hk, much better options elsewhere. I do like the decor and table arrangement tho Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
