Terrible service! I was served by a young lady whose attitude was completely unacceptable. When I first approached the counter and greeted her, she ignored my greeting, looked back at me once, and continued with her work before finally serving me. When I placed my order for "one marble cake, please," her hostile attitude continued. Furthermore, when I requested a plastic knife for the cake, she aggressively threw the knife into the packaging. Her demeanor throughout the interaction was incredibly defensive and disrespectful, making me feel highly unwelcome as a customer. As a patron of Bengawan Solo, I expect basic courtesy and professional customer service, both of which were completely lacking during this visit. Why the rudeness attitude still remains despite there are so many bad cs reviews, bengawan solo should really retrain the staffs to have basic respect towards those patron and support your business! Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
