I tried the Duroc Samgyeopsal with and it was decent overall. The flavor was good, but the pork belly was quite fatty—around 80% fat—so it might not be ideal if you prefer leaner cuts. The kimari (2 pieces) were a bit bland and could use more seasoning or flavor. On a more positive note, the Chicken Sotbap was quite enjoyable and worth trying. Ordered the Chef Jung Combo, and the service staff was kind enough to let us replace the beef udon with another dish. The cod fish was cooked to perfection, the pork skewer was melt-in-the-mouth tender, and the cheesy steamed egg was really good. Love the free-flow sauces too. The food was phenomenal. The option to do your own seasoning is also very nice, because it gives you the chance to experiment and accommodate to the taste. The beef options are full of flavour and well-cooked, and the pancake is crispy with a good sauce. Just be sure to come early if you can, because the food will take some time, but it's worth the wait! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
