Came here close to midnight. Surprised an ice cream shop is still open at this hour! The apple peach rose(apologies if I got the name wrong) had all the mentioned flavours, didn’t disappoint! I had a yoghurt ice cream, was surprisingly good given the bad reviews I heard from my friends. Overall a pretty decent shop, will come with friends next time.

my friends & I came to this shop and we found a plastic piece inside our ice cream. we informed the staff there and were told that this was from the freezer ceiling. apparently management knew this was a problem but did not do anything to rectify it. there is also no service recovery at all from the store after being informed that there was plastic found. we were simply told by the staff that they are just the employees. this is unacceptable and a bit ridiculous that this is a known problem but nothing is being done.

i live close by, so i've been to creme quite a few times. the ice cream, all has this weird cheese-like taste unless its a fruit sorbet flavour. everything else, their vanilla/cookies and cream/hokkaido all taste the same and doesnt really taste like what the name of the flavour suggests. the last time i came here, there was a hair ROLLED UP in my ice cream and i didnt realize until i ate almost half of it, please get your staff to put their hair out of their face so less people have to deal with hair in their ice cream^^ also, i bought their waffles quite a few times, 3 times out of 5 it all came burnt. pls dont hire such young staff if they cant even make waffles without burning them and keeping their hair bangs out. every single time ive came, the ice cream scoop has never been the same size too. however, i bump my review up to 2 stars as ive been served by many different staff, and while most of them were teenage girls that look like they want to be anywhere else and exhausted, there was this one other female(older?) staff member in particular who was really nice. hope to see her more often, sadly i did not get her name.
