香港で一番美味しい食事ができると思うカフェです。 とても混み合い、並びます。 カルボナーラもパニー二も、ティラミスもとても美味しかった。値段は香港causeway bayなので高めです。 でも、また行きたい！. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–250

Their cabonara is one of the best pasta I’ve had in HK which is quite surprising from a cafe. I also love their sourdough toast with avocado and eggs. However, it does take a while for ur food. Also lunch time is packed and need to queue, so avoid lunch period if possible. Would be nice if they do a reward card or something for returning costumer because their food and drinks r slightly more expensive then regular cafes. 冇期望就冇失望？慕名而來試佢嘅抹茶芝士蛋糕 “best matcha cheesecake” overhyped? 呢間人氣咖啡店經常大排長龍 終於朝聖嚟試呢個「香港最好食嘅抹茶芝士蛋糕」 matcha cheesecake ($58) 上到枱時仍然係未溶嘅狀態 等左半個鐘後先似番應有嘅綿密口感 芝士味好重 蓋過晒抹茶味 整體冇網民講到咁驚艷 幾失望 tiramisu ($74) 忌廉偏挺身唔夠幼滑，顏色唔知點解偏橙？ 似蛋榚多啲 唔係正宗意大利口味 手指餅尚算濕潤，酒味唔夠濃，咖啡味較突出 整體太甜 食到一半都已經覺得好膩 價錢非常進取，你又會唔會試? this popular cafe is famous for their matcha cheesecake so we finally gave it a try – 【 matcha cheesecake 】was stiff & firm, only became more creamy & soft after 30 mins. strong in cheese flavour but can barely taste the matcha. 【 tiramisu 】layers were quite separated & did not complement well with each other, mascarpone cream had an orange colour? quite sweet & not really authentic. overall quite disappointed by their desserts, also on the pricey side — would you visit? — ʜᴋᴅ $60-200 : no ? no : 5.5/10 — Caflex by the coffeeology 銅鑼灣勿地臣街15A號地舖.
