Dear Management Team, I am writing to share some feedback regarding a wonderful experience I had at your establishment recently. I was served by staff Lan Lan, and I must say her service was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we sat down, her attentiveness stood out. She kept a close eye on our table, ensured our food arrived promptly, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. We had a great time celebration for my loved ones June birthday celebration. What impressed me most was how she went the extra mile to look after us, making sure we were completely satisfied with every dish. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to customer care. Canton Paradise at MBS is one of my go-to places when hosting guests. The atmosphere is pleasant, and I especially like that it’s conveniently located on Level 2 of MBS. All the dishes we ordered were delicious, and the service was excellent. The prices are on the higher side, which is expected given both the location and the Canton Paradise concept. Today, I used my birthday month voucher and paid $109 for three people (before discount: $160). With Paradise Group or MBS membership, you can also earn around 10% in rebates, which is a nice perk. Considering the MBS location, I’d recommend this spot if you’re looking for a quiet Chinese restaurant to dine at. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50
