NCO CLUBという旧シンガポール軍の下士官クラブをリノベーションした建物に構える高級広東料理のお店。 赤と黒を基調とした落ち着きつきある空間。 高級感ただよっています…がランチの飲茶は比較的リーズナブルに食べられるとのこと。 . 注文したのは ジューシーで身がしっかりした小籠包 旨味深い海鮮でプチプチが楽しい焼売 辣油の効いた特徴的なタレの四川雲呑 海老とほうれん草だけのぷりっぷり餃子 スパイシーで酸味・旨味の効いたサンラータン パラッパラなジャスミンライスで程よい塩加減のチャーハン . どれもめっちゃ美味しい。 飲物はポットの中国茶にして、ゆったりと過ごせたのもよかったかな。 リーズナブルとはいえそれなりのお値段だけど、クオリティも値段相応。 静かで落ち着いた空間でめっちゃリラックスできます. Shout out to Alison, Vicky, Ejen and Keith for being so awesome and attentive to us. Especially Vicky who has been so kind to teach us how to pour hot tea from the teapot with such elegance and patience with us; Alison who offered my mom a coat/jacket having observed that she was feeling chilly. Kudos to the team at Madame Fan keep up the awesomeness!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $90–100

If we could give half stars I would lean to 3.5/5. Food & Taste:The food offered a more traditional taste, which I applaud. I didn't see a lot of creativity or modern innovation in the dishes. The flavours are well balanced, portion size was generous and the food was perfectly seasoned in that I wasn't left feeling I needed to order a bowl of rice - good salt levels to eat the dishes individually. Ambiance & Atmosphere:The restaurant environment leans heavily on the darker side, filled with deep red tones. It creates a specific mood, but it might feel a bit too dim for some. Service:The table service was highly attentive, but it occasionally felt a bit rushed. The staff seemed overly eager to quickly clear our plates and move onto the next course - repeatedly coming over to ask if we had finished eating, which disrupted the flow and the next dishes were served rather too quickly, leaving little pause in between. Overall, it's a decent spot. I tried the set meal so possibly ala carte if I ever return. Yet, 3.5/5 isn't a stellar experience and if paying that price point there are many other places to try before returning. Ample parking but no parking validation offered for dining. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+
