NCO CLUBという旧シンガポール軍の下士官クラブをリノベーションした建物に構える高級広東料理のお店。 赤と黒を基調とした落ち着きつきある空間。 高級感ただよっています…がランチの飲茶は比較的リーズナブルに食べられるとのこと。 . 注文したのは ジューシーで身がしっかりした小籠包 旨味深い海鮮でプチプチが楽しい焼売 辣油の効いた特徴的なタレの四川雲呑 海老とほうれん草だけのぷりっぷり餃子 スパイシーで酸味・旨味の効いたサンラータン パラッパラなジャスミンライスで程よい塩加減のチャーハン . どれもめっちゃ美味しい。 飲物はポットの中国茶にして、ゆったりと過ごせたのもよかったかな。 リーズナブルとはいえそれなりのお値段だけど、クオリティも値段相応。 静かで落ち着いた空間でめっちゃリラックスできます. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout the evening. They only offer a Dim Sum Buffet for $98++/pax at lunchtime on WKN and PH, with an optional charge for free flow champagne. We started with the lobster and scallop salad, and you get to crush the freeze-dried cilantro yourself. It's a fun experience. The selection of dim sum and dishes is quite extensive. The quality and taste is decent overall, with the Stir-fried Beef Hor Fun and Mango Pomelo Sago being particularly good. However, just skip the duck and roasted pork and char sui entirely both were incredibly dry and tasted bad. The ambiance is okay, though a bit too dim and the style honestly feels more like a steakhouse than a Chinese restaurant. As for the service, the staff were nice but quite obvious they were short-handed. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100+
