The service was exceptional, they really went out of their way to take care of us. The philosophy here is very much about letting the meat speak for itself. The flavours are clean and restrained, while I personally prefer my steak a little more robust and flavourful. Still, I can appreciate what they’re trying to do, especially with the nose-to-tail approach. The tartare was cut and prepared fresh in front of us, which was a nice touch. Funny enough, the dessert stole the show for me. The tangerine dessert was ridiculously fresh and vibrant, probably one of the best expressions of citrus I’ve had in a dessert. Nothing more to add than a 5 star experience all around. The food, the view, the service and the attention to every detail is second to none. It was one of the best restaurants me and my boyfriend went to in a while. We have been taken care of from the moment we stepped in until the second we left and mostly was thanks to Isha who guided us through the meal. Came to Carna by Dario Cecchini to celebrate a birthday, and it was a top-notch experience. The steaks and overall menu were phenomenal, but the staff truly made the evening special. Huge thanks to Diksa and Eman for their extraordinary helpfulness, warmth, and attentive service throughout our meal.
