Went to the Bidadari outlet yesterday on their first day of soft launch (takeaway) — unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The place was extremely smoky and stuffy, with customers waiting outside. We ordered 20 satay and 2 ketupat — the satay lacked char, and the ketupat was missing from the order. We also ordered a black pepper chicken burger but were given beef instead, which we had to discard. Overall, not a good experience for a first visit. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $20–30
