Probably the grumpiest "dear" I've heard in my life, which was kind of funny. It didn't feel rude/condescending to me, more awkward in fact. I'm not sure what the hype is about, I certainly do not think it is the best. I walked past, no queue, decided to get one, and I enjoyed it.

I initially wanted to purchase a dessert because the cakes on display looked quite nice and appealing. However, my experience was spoiled by the customer service. While I was there, the elderly male staff/owner scolded another customer loudly just because they accidentally blocked the walkway. It was very clear that the person did not do it on purpose, yet he was spoken to in a harsh and unnecessary manner. I felt uncomfortable witnessing this and it created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I understand that shops can get busy and space may be limited, but there is no need to scold customers for honest mistakes. A polite reminder would have been more appropriate. Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and unfortunately this incident made me decide not to make a purchase. I hope the owner can reflect on this and treat customers with more patience and respect in the future.
