プーケット旅行の最後の食事は、ジャンセイロンにある鼎泰豊へ。 タイ料理やいろいろなレストランを楽しんだ旅でしたが、最後は娘と「結局ここが一番美味しいじゃん！」となりました。世界中に店舗がある安定のおいしさですが、旅の終わりに食べると、いつも以上にホッとします。 注文したのは、小籠包とワンタン麺、揚げワンタン。小籠包は薄い皮の中に熱々のスープがたっぷりで、やっぱり間違いのないおいしさ。ワンタン麺もやさしい味わいで、旅行中に食べ続けたタイ料理とはまた違う安心感がありました。揚げワンタンは皮がパリパリで香ばしく、ついつい手が止まりません。 写真を撮ろうと思ったときには、ワンタン麺と小籠包はすでに食べてしまっていました。それくらい夢中で食べてしまうおいしさです。 「ああ、美味しい」と何度も言いながら、プーケット旅行を締めくくることができました。ジャンセイロン内にあり、観光や買い物の途中にも立ち寄りやすいお店です。. どうしても日本風のチャーハンを食べたくて寄りました。 台湾唐揚げチャーハンを食べましたが、唐揚げが少ししょっぱかったです。日本（仙台）で食べたチャーハンのほうが美味しく感じました。 烏龍茶、野菜入り肉まん（小）、台湾唐揚げチャーハンで445タイバーツでした。. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400

Din Tai Fung Jungceylon Phuket: Fresh Dumplings, Flavorful Noodles, but Service Needs Work! We tried Din Tai Fung at Jungceylon Phuket, and the culinary side of the experience was generally satisfying. The core dishes met expectations: dumplings were fresh, and the noodles were flavorful. The restaurant itself offers a nice setting, with an atmosphere that was clean and well-designed. However, the experience was held back by the service. It felt rushed and not very attentive, which took away from the experience. This lack of polished service is a definite letdown for such an acclaimed global brand. In summary, this is A decent spot if you’re nearby and craving their signature dishes, but not quite at the level I expected from the brand internationally. Hopefully, the service attention improves to match the quality of the food.
