最高の雰囲気です。仕事の際のランチで利用しました。マリーナベイを見渡すビューとプールを目の前に午後仕事する気が無くなりますね。食事もとても美味しいです。マリネ、トリュフのパスタ、ピスタチオアイスをいただきました。また来たいです. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch

日本人ソムリエがいらっしゃいました。しかしながら料理はかなりクオリティが低く、サービスもマンダリンオリエンタルの評価を下げてしまうレベル。二度と行かないな。

A Italian Escape Dolce Vita offers a wonderful dining experience that balances refined Italian flavors with a relaxed, upscale atmosphere. My family had the set lunch and we were delighted with our meal. The meal was a delight from start to finish. The starter, main and dessert were delicious. I had MINESTRONE, SPAGHETTINI VONGOLE E GAMBERI and PANNA COTTAI. I enjoyed my spaghetti with fresh clams and prawns, topped with generous shavings of cheese and aromatic herbs. It felt authentic and light yet satisfying. The dessert was as visually pleasing as they were delicious. My panna cottai is vibrant and refreshing topped with fresh blackberries, blueberries... Kids had gelato - chocolate and vanilla bean gellato - a simple but elegant end to the meal. The restaurant has a bright, airy feel with beautiful floral touches on the tables, creating a serene environment to "chill" and enjoy the food. The plating is artistic, and the staff ensures a smooth, enjoyable experience throughout. If you are looking for a high-quality Italian meal with great presentation and a peaceful vibe, Dolce Vita is a fantastic choice.
