on 30 may, between 5-6pm, there was an argument. it seems the staff was not happy with the customer over some issue. but it was not right for him to confront and drag him out of the store. even the manager told the staff she has no accusation on the poor customer. but the male staff kept insisting. will be lodging a police report for such aggressive behaviour on the staff part. he scare the hell out my children who just want to eat pizza. He behaves like he was some kind of policeman. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

30 may evening: i want to lodge a complaint against the staff for making such a dramatic scene over the counter. Even the manager could not control him. No matter what bad customer they serve, he still has no authority to raise his voice and confront customers. this man shows no sign of care. very scary man. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

8/5/26 around 10:15 PM. Visited the Pasir Ris East Domino’s outlet with my friend. We had ordered in advance and sat at an available table. There were no signs indicating the area was closed and no one informed us not to sit there. After having a couple of slices, a staff member, a Chinese male in black uniform, came over loudly and rudely telling us to move because he had already cleaned the tables. It was not even closing time. It honestly felt like he was trying to avoid extra work, but regardless, he could have communicated it politely. The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable. Very disappointing service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
