Terrible experience. The staff here are severely insufficient to handle the volume of orders, and the entire place feels chaotic and poorly managed. My Grab order GF408T was marked as “ready,” but when I arrived, the food was nowhere near prepared. There were no updates, no proper communication, and no one could even give a proper answer on the waiting time. I ended up waiting more than 1 hour before finally giving up and leaving without my food, wasting both my money and time. What’s the point of marking orders as ready when customers still have to stand around endlessly waiting? Management seriously needs to wake up and stop accepting more orders than the outlet can realistically handle. Completely ruined my Mother’s Day meal plans. Very disappointing experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just ordered pizzas from official website from this branch, the prawn is smelly smell like rotten it is like rubbish smell. We do not know how to complain this to SG Food Agency. Guys the food quality here need to be aware cause you guys might get one like us.
