Disappointing Portions, Great Flavors I tried Dough Bros recently and found it a bit overpriced for the size. The 7-inch mini pizza feels too small for the steep price tag, though the garlic and pesto sauce tasted amazing. I also ordered the black truffle honey chicken wings. They are served single-bone style, which makes them easy to eat, but the portion is quite small and expensive. Plus, they tasted surprisingly spicy to me. Overall, while the flavors are definitely there, the high prices and tiny portions make it hard to fully recommend. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–150 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Absurdly poor portion and service. Ordered one person set (a mini pizza+snack+drink for $128 (extra $10 for truffle flavour upgrade). Barely got two pieces of basil leaves, one slice of ham on each slice of pizza, could barely taste or see any pistachio sauce nor truffle sauce on the pizza. See the contrast between the pizza I got from this shop (upper one) and the pizza from the Ma On Shan store (lower one). We went to the staff to ask for more pistachio sauce but they just reluctantly gave us a few more thin squeezes of sauce. The sauce tasted bland and all I could tell was the saltiness of the ham and mozzarella cheese when taking a bite of the pizza. I have ordered over 5 times of this pizza, this is absolutely off and I will definitely not go to this store again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
