The Manager is very rude and unprofessional. We are guest staying at the PP Princess resort and we spent quiet bit of money for the food and drinks at the Earthtone Restaurant and Bar. My friend ordered the beer and the menu on the app showing 80 baht for the beer but suddenly they advised the price is now 100 baht because "they change the menu and forgot the menu on the app" lol which is a false adverstisement. Also, my friend was also declined for food service because the manager advising that the kitchen was closed at 7pm and later on the waitress advises that the food is open until 9:30 pm. I am so disappointed with my experience and ruined the holiday. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿400–500
