We booked this hostel for 5 folks , our overall experience of thailand was very good until we went to ibiza for staying in hostel. They took 500 TBH per person as security plus 700 TBH for stay a total of and at the time of checkout one bed was off they deducted 500 TBH from our security and plus one guy's key got lost for which he also paid 500 TBH . They are pure scammers plus the staff was very rude , I highly recommend to stay in another stay just go to ibiza to attend pool party. And I seriously didn't want to add this review because thai people are the sweetest but this staff was very miserable.

Lost key and being charge for key room call scammer!!!! Better read the hotel rules before staying

They don't have anyone who speaks good English. From the centre there is 30min walk no vehicle to assist.. Pathetic reception exp made us wait for 2 hours as group was coming in split so did not allowed check in.

Please note!!! On the island no vehicle everyone walk all!! And chk in time is 2pm. So what is complaint for ?!?!
