味は美味しいです。これはミシュランの三星ですが、一星のフランスレストランと味は似ていますが、値段はちょっと高いです。どの料理も綺麗に飾ってあります。一番の鑑賞は彼らの皿です 。ウェーターがとてもいいです

As tourists, my husband and I make it a point to try Michelin-starred restaurants whenever we travel so we were really looking forward to experiencing Caprice.Unfortunately it was quite disappointing. Not a single dish stood out. Some were bland while others felt quite ordinary for a three-Michelin-starred restaurant.My husband is vegetarian and despite being charged the same price as the non-vegetarian menu there was nothing particularly great or exceptional about the vegetarian dishes. The ingredients also felt fairly standard with nothing especially creative or memorable. The restaurant does have a beautiful harbour view although that is something several restaurants in the area also offer. The meat was fresh and well prepared but overall the food did not meet our expectations. Perhaps our expectations were high because of the three-Michelin-star rating but for us the experience did not justify the reputation or the price. It was unfortunately a total disappointment from our end. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I had such a wonderful experience at Caprice while celebrating my 40th birthday in Hong Kong. From the moment I arrived, the level of service immediately stood out — warm, attentive, polished, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire evening. A very special thank you to Jeffery and Brian, who took such wonderful care of me and made the evening feel truly special. Every course was beautifully presented, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the tasting menu. The birthday dessert with the lovely “Cheers to 40!” message was such a beautiful touch, and just when I thought the evening was over, I was given sweets to take with me as I was leaving — the perfect final gesture. Beautiful food, an incredible harbour view, and exceptional hospitality. Celebrating such a milestone on my own could not have felt more special. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Hong Kong, and an experience I will remember for a long time. Thank you, Caprice, Jeffery and Brian, for making my 40th birthday dinner so memorable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
