Came to Fitz Wine Bar recently and was blown away by the hospitality. The venue itself has a fantastic, welcoming vibe, but what really makes this place special is the people. The management team is visible, hands-on, and clearly dedicated to ensuring every guest has a flawless experience. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, sharp, and attentive. It’s rare to find a venue where top-tier management translates so clearly into an outstanding, effortless customer experience. Can’t praise the team enough - we will definitely be regulars here.
