スタービスタの地下にあるフォーリーブスで行ったときは21時前で、かなり品物はなくなっていましたが、いくつか気になったものを買いました。買ったのはこちら。 ・Arabiki Sausage ・Chic Curry Pie ・chocolate Bar ・Chocolate Soft ・ Mini Item - 5pcs 1個1ドルぐらいからお安いのもあり、色々試したい方にはおすすめです,また、甘くないのはツナがぎっしり入っていたりしてお得感がありましたがカヤ ペーストが入ったパンは甘すぎて ちょっと苦手でした,普通に美味しいパン屋さんだと思います。. I pre-ordered a large cake and collected it today. When the staff told me the check the cake, I noticed one side of it was slightly dented. She began to wave her hands around like it was too bad, as it was a special order, and proceeded to tell me that they cannot do anything about it. Basically telling me to suck it up. I would have left the shop with the cake if she looked at all apologetic but she was just so rude and gaslighting me and pretended that she couldn’t see the dent in the cake. When the other staff gathered around out of curiosity and not to help, she began telling them that I was the one said the cake was not straight, as though I’m the one with the issue and kept pointing to me like I am the one at fault. I asked her why she’s telling her colleagues that I have a problem when the cake is the problem? She said that was because I was the one who has an issue with the dented cake. Wow. By the way, none of the staff owned up and said the cake was dented. They just looked at me like I’m the odd one out and continued gaslighting me. The issue here is - I paid for a cake that was not presentable. And I was told to either take it or leave it. She proceeded to talk over me and said that they will check with the manager and they called the manager. The only recourse the manager could do was to refund the birthday cake. If I didn’t have a party to host, I wouldn’t have needed the cake. If I refunded the cake, who is going to give me a 2kg cake at the very last minute now? Basically, this is a shop that has 1. Rude staff 2. No QC of items and hence 3. Do NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THEM if you expect your cake to look respectable. I will never step in here again and I will remind myself to check reviews before dropping my money in a shop. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service. I was scolded by the staff member after she took my order incorrectly. I very clearly ordered the chocolate cake, yet I was given the almond cake. When I politely pointed out the mistake, instead of apologising, she proceeded to blame me and insist that I had ordered it incorrectly, even though the error was clearly due to her misunderstanding. This happened during a Friday night shift, and the staff member (a lady in her 20s) was extremely rude throughout the interaction. When I paid the additional amount to correct her mistake, she continued to behave disrespectfully, including repeatedly clicking her tongue, which was completely unprofessional. What was most upsetting is that this cake was for my mother’s birthday. I was not fussy or demanding, I simply pointed out that the order was wrong. A simple apology would have been appropriate, yet instead I was treated with disrespect and hostility. I left the store furious, and I have never had such a terrible experience purchasing something as simple as a birthday cake. I will never be buying from Four Leaves again.
