Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice (NEX) on 5 March 2026 Dear Management, I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor service my party experienced at Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice at NEX on 5 March 2026 at approximately 7:59 PM. During our visit, we noticed that the eggs served with our meal were slightly burnt. We politely informed the staff and requested for a replacement plate. However, when the second plate arrived, the eggs appeared to be exactly the same as the previous one and were still burnt. When we brought this up to the manager on duty, instead of addressing the issue professionally, she raised her voice and insisted that the eggs had already been changed. She then told us that we could simply request a refund if we were not satisfied. We found this response very unprofessional and unacceptable. As customers, we were only requesting a reasonable replacement for food that was clearly overcooked. Being spoken to in a raised tone and dismissed in such a manner is not the level of service we expect. We hope that your management team will look into this matter seriously and review the service standards at this outlet to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and that food quality issues are handled appropriately. First time trying and here’s what I had. Ordered the roasted chicken but it felt a bit dry for me. The poached chicken was much better, softer and juicy. I actually enjoyed that one more. The rice was lighter compared to our usual style and the chilli had that sweet and spicy kick. Added mushroom and kai lan with garlic and a chai poh omelette to complete the meal. The omelette was fluffy with that savoury crunch from the preserved radish. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
