I had a wonderful dining experience at Go-Ang Chicken Rice! The food was delicious, especially the tender and flavorful chicken paired with fragrant rice. Every dish was fresh, well-prepared, and served promptly. Thank you, NimNim ( Manager ) and the entire Go-Ang Chicken Rice team, for such a pleasant dining experience. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious chicken rice and top-notch hospitality! Had a very nice lunch here, made even better by the amazing service from Lim! She was dressed in a black Polo T, greeted and served us with a huge, genuine smile. Her politeness and attentiveness made us feel so welcome.The chicken rice was very flavourful and the Thai milk tea was the bomb— the perfect sweet treat. The chili wasn't quite what I expected as it lacked heat, but the overall meal was still good. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice (NEX) on 5 March 2026 Dear Management, I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor service my party experienced at Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice at NEX on 5 March 2026 at approximately 7:59 PM. During our visit, we noticed that the eggs served with our meal were slightly burnt. We politely informed the staff and requested for a replacement plate. However, when the second plate arrived, the eggs appeared to be exactly the same as the previous one and were still burnt. When we brought this up to the manager on duty, instead of addressing the issue professionally, she raised her voice and insisted that the eggs had already been changed. She then told us that we could simply request a refund if we were not satisfied. We found this response very unprofessional and unacceptable. As customers, we were only requesting a reasonable replacement for food that was clearly overcooked. Being spoken to in a raised tone and dismissed in such a manner is not the level of service we expect. We hope that your management team will look into this matter seriously and review the service standards at this outlet to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and that food quality issues are handled appropriately.
