バンコクにあるインド系ガストロノミーのレストランです。 他のインド料理レストランみたいにガツンとミールスがと言うイメージでいくとびっくりします。 1品1品小さなポーションで出てくるタイプ。 食事の時間は少なく見ても1時間以上はかかるので余裕を持っていきましょう。 このハオマの体験は店内に入る前からスタートします。ハーブなどを育ててる菜園をまずは案内してくれます。 店内に着席するとメニューを選択。 この時はノンベジタリアンのコースを選択しました。 出てくる料理はどれも前衛的というか見たことがないような料理ばかり。 これが本当にインド料理の流れを汲んでるの？と思うのですが、 どれもしっかりインド料理のテイストなんですよね。 もちろん伝統的なインドスタイルのカレーなども出てきます。 伝統から最新のインド料理をフルで楽しむことができました。 もちろん値段はそれなりにします。 ですが、インド料理が好きな人はぜひ一度体験しておいて損はないレストランです。.
