Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh is Bangkok's most brilliant and delightfully unexpected dining concept — a Mexican-Indian fusion restaurant that somehow works better than you'd ever imagine. I've been coming here regularly and every visit is a joy. The concept is playful and creative, with the kitchen demonstrating genuine mastery of both cuisines before cleverly blending them. The chicken tikka masala quesadilla is an absolute work of genius — rich, aromatic Indian-spiced chicken wrapped in a perfectly crisped flour tortilla. The crab curry is another highlight, deeply flavored and utterly satisfying. The papdi chaat is excellent and authentic, delivering the delightful mix of textures and flavors that makes Indian street food so beloved. The churros are perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and pillowy inside, served with a wonderful dipping sauce. The tasting menu is the best way to experience the full range of what this talented kitchen can do, and I highly recommend going that route for a complete experience. The interior is vibrant and colorful, with a fun, energetic atmosphere that matches the bold flavors on the plate. The service is attentive and enthusiastic, happy to guide you through the menu. Located on Sukhumvit 31, it's perfectly positioned for the area. Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh is genuinely one of Bangkok's most original and exciting restaurants.
