ハワイなどで訪問したことがありますが、香港の店は初めての訪問。店の雰囲気はハワイ店と同様ですが、この店は残念ながら活気がなく、ガラガラだった。値段も昔に比べて、2倍以上に値上がっていてビックリ。今回はリブアイステーキとブロッコリーのグラタン、シーザーサラダを頼んだ。味は変わらず、美味しい! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

A very nice dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House TST east Hong Kong. Start with the signature Chop salad (which I first had it at their Manhattan New York location ) then a heart warming Lobster bisque, Main with a 22oz T-bone steak a perfect sirloin (New York strip) and tenderloin in medium rare as well as an ribeye, complements with Oscar style crab cake, asparagus and béarnaise sauce and side of potato au gratin, creamed spinach. To finish with warm apple crumb tart a la mode, love that flaky pastry and streusel crust. The highlight is the friendly, attentive service by such a professional server who makes such a great dining experience! #AngelUncle’s Food History I had a satisfying steak meal at the old American steak restaurant in East Tsim Sha Tsui: Ruth Kwai Steak Restaurant (what a translation)! Signatures such as squid salad, lobster bisque, T-bone steak and ribeye steak, accompanied by Oscar crab cakes, baked potatoes and creamed spinach, to the dessert apple pie, all are delicious and the serving time is well controlled. We are delighted.
