Intention Coffee is a new place on High Street in Sai Ying Pun. They have a fair-sized indoor seating area and do take-away as well. Opening hours are 9am to 7pm daily. They do up a selection of typical coffee shop dishes along with traditional coffees and a few non-coffee drinks. I stopped by and was served up a good macchiato with sharp espresso, just a bit of milk to cut the edge and hint of foam for texture. Service was friendly and timely, prices reasonable. Seems like Intention will make a nice contribution to the coffee culture and scene in SYP. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $50–100
