素晴らしいおもてなしでした。親友と楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。心をこめたおもてなししてくれたスタッフのJohnyさんにすごく印象が残ってます。親切な対応したり、お酒や料理など詳しく説明したりしてくれるのはありがたいです。また来ますので、宜しくお願いします。

【A high-priced izakaya specializing in seafood】 There are all kinds of Japanese izakayas in Causeway Bay. This time my friend chose an upstairs shop. Isono Suisan is an izakaya that focuses on seasonal freshness. The facade and interior decoration are very Japanese-style, and there is a small Hama-yaki table in the middle of the store. There were several customers at 3pm on Saturday. After sitting down, we were served anchovy sauce + strip vegetables (HKD 34). The salty anchovy sauce is paired with sweet vegetables, the pear one is the most special. After that we ordered Isono Sushi with eight varieties (HKD 368) The sushi packed in a nine-square grid box looks quite attractive in terms of appearance. Except for the sea urchin, everything else was fresh and delicious. I like the black truffle straps, they are plump. The fish oil of the grilled squid and tuna is also delicious, and there is also a warship that grills the abalone. Soft shell crab rice paper roll (HKD 98) The combination of rice paper rolls is nothing new, just crispy soft-shell crab and fresh vegetables. Especially the grapefruit jelly in the middle of the plate, you can eat it together, the taste will become more layered and appetizing. Japanese sea urchin miso koro grilled with salmon roe (HKD 288) Use crackers as crab legs and serve like a crab. The mouth is full of fragrant crab paste, and the taste is even stronger when mixed with sea urchin miso. In addition, every bite of salmon roe is very evil.
