Lunch dreams at Keisetsu 螢雪(Causeway Bay) Tried their 11-piece sushi + 1 handroll set and honestly... every bite was bliss. From buttery uni to perfectly torched toro, the flavors danced like poetry. The tea bowl steamed egg (茶碗蒸) caught me off guard—in the best way. Silky like Crème brûlée, warm and savory with a surprise depth. Coconut ice cream to finish? It had real coconut bits in it —not just a flavor, but a whole vibe. 瑩雪 is calm, clean, and quietly elegant. If you need a soft retreat in the middle of your day, bookmark this spot.
