Had high expectations of this place since i have friends who used to visit this place and are regular customers of Wa San Mai. However, the experience we had this time was horrible. The food was tasteless, bland and the chef's attitude was nasty. He was rude and scolded us when we asked for spoon from the waitress out of good will since he's cooking and said anything we need we should ask from him. After having the main meal, we were assorted to the ice cream and coffee area by a late middle age waitress whose attitude was horrible. I mentioned I'd like to go to the toilet first but she sat me down and told me I should order first before i go. She was rude about it and told me to sit down and order my ice cream first. After coming back from the toilet, our ice cream has not even arrived. We had to call for different servers to help us push our order. Even getting water and the bill took at least 10mins which was ridiculous. Never coming back here again and strongly do not recommend people coming here. Tasteless, overpriced and horrible service! There are way better teppanyaki places out there so don't ruin your experience in this one! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $500+
