All our chicken are prepared with sous vide system. There may be parts that look a bit pink, but restassured that they are definitely not undercooked and are safe to consume. I had dinner at Jew Kit Hainanese Chicken Rice on Killiney Road, and it was a fantastic experience. The chicken was incredibly fresh, succulent, and juicy with a delightful jelly underneath the skin—simply delicious! One dish that stood out was the charcoal beancurd, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a unique and tasty surprise. The mutton soup had a wonderful herbal flavor, rich and comforting. It was my first visit, and I was very impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! Highly recommend this place for a great meal.
