I recently visited KFC and had a pleasant experience with their customer service. The staff were friendly, patient, and attentive to different types of customers. For example, when serving elderly customers, they spoke more slowly and explained things clearly to make sure they understood. When interacting with children, the staff used a gentle tone and showed kindness, which made the children feel comfortable. I also noticed that when serving couples, the staff would suggest meal deals and promotions, helping them save money while enjoying their food. Overall, the staff were well-trained and able to adjust their service based on the needs of each customer. This made the dining experience more enjoyable and welcoming.
