The tv reflects that my order is serving now, but when i approach the front facing cashier, she remove the number and said my order is still preparing. But kudos to her she actually show some sense of urgency towards us. Meanwhile the manager on shift was Siti Hajar - was laughing with the other staff at the back of the kitchen not showing any sense or urgency when the outlet is busy. Please speak to your manager. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

order pick up for the ebi burger but when I open the packaging and eat for few bite, found that it's beef. My religion is not allow me to eat beefWaste money is one of it, the most important thing is I accidentally eat the beef

I recently visited the McDonald's Causeway Point, and my experience was very disappointing. I asked for curry sauce, but instead of simply assisting, two staff members (a lady, who appeared to be a senior staff, and a younger man) began interrogating me. They repeatedly asked if I had ordered nuggets, how many pieces—four or six—and why the curry sauce was not served with my meal. I explained my order multiple times, emphasizing that the curry sauce was not served with my meal, so I came to ask for it. Yet, the lady seemed to distrust me. She kept looking towards my table, scrutinizing what I had ordered, and even attempted to walk over to check. This behavior was extremely uncomfortable and made me feel like I was being accused of lying over something as trivial as curry sauce. After all this unnecessary back and forth, she reluctantly gave me one curry sauce packet. However, as I walked to the sauce counter, she loudly yelled “Oiii! Oiii! Oiii!” three times to stop me. She then continued to re-confirm and lecture me that curry sauce must be paid for if no nuggets were ordered. Her tone and demeanor were inappropriate and embarrassing. I came to McDonald's expecting a simple, enjoyable meal, but instead, I was treated unfairly and felt humiliated by this overreaction. On top of this, the food quality was appalling. The nuggets and fries tasted like they had been left out for hours—cold, stale, and hard to bite. It was clear that no effort was made to serve fresh food, and this ruined my appetite. This visit was an absolute failure in every aspect. The staff's poor attitude and lack of professionalism, combined with unacceptable food quality, make it clear that this outlet has serious issues. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements to both customer service and food standards. No stars for this visit—it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
