If you are planning to go to this KFC, either go to another branch at causeway point or eat something else. System is regularly not working, cannot order, staff will ignore you when you ask for help. They dont have a order counter either. You basically waste time ordering here. While I tried to get someone to help, I see so many customers coming in and leaving because they can't order and no one is willing to help. The restaurant is also stuffy and lack proper ventilation. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The young malay lady who served me my entire tray and then came back to serve me my you tiao is such a pro active and kind person that made my morning less hectic. Came in on 14 April 2026, and ordered around 10:07am. Her smile and simple but kind gesture really made my morning! Thank you!!
