Ordered a meal for two at 9:18pm. After waiting 20 minutes, I saw that my meal was just sitting on the counter without any fries or cheese fries, so I requested to have it first and grab my fries later. Another 20 minutes pass, and I had to remind them yet again to which I was finally served. Two questions: 1. If I had not requested for them to pass me my food first, would my meal have sat on the countertop for 40 minutes, and for the food to be ridiculously cold afterwards? 2. Why does it take 40 minutes to make fries? Does KFC make it that fresh that they manually cut it individually in stores now? Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is always very peaceful and refreshing to have breakfast at this store. The products are only made when ordered.l so u will get fresh products. Love it. Service: Dine in Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Super slow service! Took more than 20min to prepare my order! Wasn't very surprised, though, coz every KFC i go to seem to have the same slow service pattern. Definitely not 'fast food'. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
