We managed to get a seat during rush hour at Kaffeine. We ordered lunch and 2 americano. However one of the americano arrived lukewarm and the taste turned sour. We told the staff and they refused to make us a new one. Americano should be made to order and the temperature should be hot. Kaffeine disappointed us with not only the coffee but the service, the food was very nice though. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$150–200 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Rude staff. We came in for drinks only and the staff clearly didn't want us to stay, even though it wasn't closing time and many customers still inside. The waiter seemed gloomy so I asked clearly 'Do you want us to just leave?' The way they reacted made it clear that we weren't welcome but said it was our choice. Is this customer service now? I don't need to spend money in this type of place. Good luck to their business.
