Came by on a Friday (28 May) evening and ordered two double choc frappes. The drinks came out really quickly and tasted amazing. Huge respect to the staff member managing everything on his own. he stayed efficient, friendly, and handled the crowd so well despite working solo. You could really see the effort and dedication. Honestly made the whole experience even better. Hope the management knows how valuable he is and treats him well. Kudos to you, my guy — you’re doing an incredible job Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to kenangan at this outlet to get my double chocolate as usual and saw only one staff working(29/05/26 Friday evening) . Am able to enjoy my drink after a long day at work. Shoutout to this one chinese brother who’s working all alone but still managed to slay my double chocolate frappe stay strong and happy working bro! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible experience at Kenangan Coffee Raffles City – will never return. The service staff were shockingly rude and completely insensitive from start to finish. When we approached the counter, we were greeted with eye-rolls and dismissive remarks. Even when we raised a concern about our order, we were brushed off without a care. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way as paying customers. We deeply regret choosing this outlet and would warn anyone considering it to look elsewhere for basic respect and decent service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
