Staff was impolite and put the cake in an poorly assembled box. She even asked her colleague if the box is new twice, yet, gave us the “new” box. The cookie was incorrectly given to us. It was for another puppy called Buji celebrating his 6th birthday. The cake was quite pretty and my puppy enjoyed it a lot, however, the experience at the store was not too pleasant. Lifetastic seriously needs to train their staff. Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Cream was quite dense instead of being fluffy. Does not feel like good value for the price. Size of cake is much smaller than before for the price. Box is poorly designed and came with moisture damage preventing box from closing, and making box handle useless. Delivery does not deliver to your door. Need to meet up with the driver. This is not made clear when ordering online. Customer service ignores feedback with no acknowledgement. Would not order again. Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
