Food was okay, but honestly nothing to shout about. Unfortunately, the service really let the experience down. Our food took quite a long time to arrive, and the staff didn’t seem particularly attentive or welcoming. What was more disappointing was the feeling that regular customers were given more attention, while we were somewhat overlooked. Regardless of whether someone is a regular or a first-time customer, everyone should receive the same level of service. Overall, the food was ok and the slow service made the dining experience less enjoyable. Hopefully, the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the service.
